Our fixHomz 1-year Home Essentials Home Warranty plan, covers your home’s most important systems, appliances, and other home products. This means that you’re covered for issues with your refrigerators, clothes washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and more.
Your home heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical systems, are covered for repair as well.
All products are covered for mechanical failure. So if anything breaks down, our expert techs will be on the scene to service, repair, or replace your home product.
And, our program has been designed with claim limits, at both the product and plan level, which are transparent and simple to understand so that you get the most value possible from your fixHomz home warranty coverage! Watch this video for more details.
There is a $100 service fee/deductible at the time of service scheduling for each service call.
